![]() BUT im still workingout 3 days a week light and hitting the treadmill and the heavybag. STILL in a size 38 pant!! I dont hit the weights heavy now as my body just cant handle it anymore. You know how badly I would have to eat to NEVER lose weight after all that?Īll that makes me wonder if I might have a problem other than the occassional BK? I wish I had the money and isurance to get checked out cause there is no reason to not lose even 1 lb in a year not matter how badly you eat. Building homes, metal buildings, pulling concrete, roofing, siding, up and down ladders all day 5 days a week. And not only moving all day, but I sweat like nobody you have ever seen in your life.TRUST ME.I have had not only my boss say things to me but customers have even said WOW I have never seen someone sweat like doing that all day, then coming home and workingout, doing some house chorse ect.AND NEVER losing weight. But I have seen some interesting stuff when going in on the weekends at a later time. I go at 4:00AM.so I get to avoid most of it each year. It's that time of year when the gym gets overrun by all the people with New Year Resolutions. ![]() I simply cannot get down at all.ĪND what floors me is even more is when I was working "stay at home dad now" in construction. Figured you guys might get a kick out of this. The New-Years Resolutioners are a determined group indeed They mean business Just days into the new year, they march into the gym donned in their brand new sweat pants, matching sweatshirts, headbands and brand. My diet isnt great but hitting the weights and treadmill and playing bball occassionally with my kids hasnt changed my weight even one lb over the year. Armed with their resolution for the New Year, they flock to the gym in hoards, purchase memberships and invest in personal trainers. Its really tough man.Im in shock honestly.
